HOTEL

THE FIVE STORY HAVEN

North Park consists of a hotel and residential apartments for premium leisure accommodation, distributed in five sub-volumes around a public entrance park on the ridge at Idrefjällens golf club first tee and the final 18th hole.

The crown jewel of development is the new landmark hotel, North Park Hotel. Perched at the end of a high ridge in the landscape, the hotel has 360 degree views of the vast sweeping landscape. The hotel is built of five stories, including a partially subterranean spa level and rooftop pavilion. 30 bedrooms & suites, restaurant, bars, lounges, spa & conference rooms make up just some of the stand-out features of the hotel.

The hotel has been designed as a bold modern silhouette in the otherwise undisturbed landscape, a black wooden shadow with warm interiors glowing through the vast windows, providing the perfect setting for an indoor/outdoor escape from reality.

Centered on the raised ridge, public gardens lead to the entrance of the hotel, which in itself functions as a public lounge – a cosy refuge from the winter snow, or a place to cool off and refresh after a day on the golf course. The hotel’s central entrance opens to the lobby and reception with seating areas and the grand central staircase playing as backdrop.

From the reception one passes either way round the central stair core and elevators to the hotel lounge with open fire place, or to the hotel’s restaurant and bar. Each of the hotel’s public rooms have full height, uninterrupted windows to soak in the view
